El Xalet is one of the most striking houses in town. For some, it stands out because it remains virtually unchanged since its construction in 1930, right in the heart of Alboraya. For others, it is unique as the only building in town surrounded by a garden and citrus trees, with lemon and orange groves. But for everyone, this house—though it doesn’t follow Alboraya’s traditional architectural style—has over time become part of the town’s identity. The building is currently undergoing a comprehensive restoration project to house the Tourism Development Center and Alboraya’s Tourist Information Office.
