Today, it houses the Horchata and Tiger Nut Museum, as an integral part of the alquería itself and its rooms, preserving what life in the farmhouse was like in the past—centered around the cultivation of tiger nuts and the artisanal production of horchata, both symbols of identity of the Huerta of Alboraya.

By visiting the museum (by prior reservation), you will be able to understand the meaning of this tradition and learn how horchata is made, how tiger nuts are grown, how they are marketed today, and how they were two hundred years ago.
